My form probably wasn&amp;#39;t the greatest, but I did manage to do them. Also first time for WBs at 9 ft. - not too bad with 12lbs - don&amp;#39;t know if I would have made it with 14#. Tough workout. Good job to all that completed this one. Wallballs: might be time to go high (start with a lighter ball). Snatches were good, weight was good, needed to rest halfway through each round. Last row = 2:05 pace.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is so impressive to watch everyone&amp;#39;s progress.
