I did yesterday&amp;#39;s workout today. D...</title><content type='html'>Sarah 18:00&lt;br /&gt;I did yesterday&amp;#39;s workout today. Did 25 situps, 25 pushups, ran around the north lake, 1.25 mile, 25 squats and ended with 25 burpees.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My daughter Madison and her friend Gisella did this workout with me. They completed it in 23 minutes.
