Did this at the stati...</title><content type='html'>Paul - 9:06&lt;br /&gt;55 lb. Dumbbell&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Did this at the station. Had to rig a pullup bar only 6&amp;#39; off the ground.
