Double Unders 
This was the first tim...</title><content type='html'>Paul - 12:51&lt;br /&gt;Double Unders &lt;br /&gt;This was the first time using DU in this workout. I was happy with the result. The first 2 rounds (50 and 40) went horrible. Wasted lots of time doing DU. The last 3 rounds were the best I have done. I did 27 in a row the third round, 15 in the second and the last round all at once. I may be getting better. I also had a couple jumprope malfunctions (handle came off my jumprope the first round) but did 130 JR in a row.
