Situps = 67...</title><content type='html'>Mike L - 276&lt;br /&gt;Pullups = 62&lt;br /&gt;Pushups = 72&lt;br /&gt;Situps = 67&lt;br /&gt;Squats = 75&lt;br /&gt;TOTAL = 276&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kipping pullups were my best yet.
