Actually felt really good. Trying to...</title><content type='html'>Mike L  12:13&lt;br /&gt;Actually felt really good. Trying to push harder at the beginning although I lack energy through the middle of the workout.  I think it will help me in the long run.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dead Lift - 95# Felt good (my back is doing well)&lt;br /&gt;Push Ups - Felt good (trying to go down further)&lt;br /&gt;Jump Rope - Did singles.
