This was a hard workout becaus...</title><content type='html'>Krista&lt;br /&gt;9:45&lt;br /&gt;45lbs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This was a hard workout because I couldn&amp;#39;t get into a rythym with the burpee/box jumps and it was awkward. I was surprised that I was able to almost complete each round of OHS without stopping. I did put the bar down once on the 2nd or 3rd round though. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mike L. you did a super great job! I am sorry for the &amp;quot;dust&amp;quot; (funny) but you all are amazing too! I am ...</title><content type='html'>14:54&lt;br /&gt;24&amp;quot; Box Jumps&lt;br /&gt;45# Overhead Squats&lt;br /&gt;I am always miserable doing burpees&lt;br /&gt;I am tentative doing 24&amp;quot; box jumps&lt;br /&gt;I suffer through overhead squats every time&lt;br /&gt;... I loved this workout... NOT&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am looking for that sweet spot to hold the bar and the right angle to point my legs on the OHSs.  It is improving.  I think my younger day abuses punish me on this exercise.  Stay with 45# until the kinks are worked out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Krista pulled way ahead of the pack.  Powerful workout!  Kim, Odelia, and I kept pushing on after eating her dust.
