If you can not make Wednesday, do 4 800 M (2 laps) sprints with 3 minute rest between. I added a warm up of 2 reps of 10 situps, 10 pushups and a 20min run finishing the workout with a 5min cooldown jog on the treadmill. Feeling the burn...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When is the next workout? And if I can&amp;#39;t get back what do you want me to do next?
