As much as I hate rowing, it seems to be...</title><content type='html'>16:54 75#&lt;br /&gt;As much as I hate rowing, it seems to be one of my strengths.  1:50 pace 1st round, 2:05 for the next four.  75# thrusters were good. I have to agree with Paul, it wasn&amp;#39;...</title><content type='html'>17:58&lt;br /&gt;60#&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have to agree with Paul, it wasn&amp;#39;t as bad as it sounded. I was very reluctant to use 60# for thrusters. Had trouble last time using 55#. I surprised myself, the 60# actually felt pretty good. Never had to put the weight down.
