Excellent job. All of you on your ow...</title><content type='html'>To Everybody. Excellent job. All of you on your own pushed yourself. This is what it is about. It takes a good month to get in the routine and then... you want to push and you can. This is because you have become stronger, faster and quicker. All of you impressed me today and I am excited. Work is becoming easier and you are becoming healthier.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leslie - Way to push. Your time was about the same and you only ran 200M (half the distance) the first time. You are now using a smaller band and a heavier KB.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tracy - You seem to amaze me. No matter what workout you do, you keep on trucking. You seem to never slow down and set you mind to the workout. Keep it up and it will be more fun when the shoulder gets better.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mike C. - You have huge potential and are ahead of most people starting. Even if you can&amp;#39;t make sessions, try to keep up a 2 on and 1 off workout routine. I can help you draw up a plan for when you are away. Remember REST is just as important as the workouts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rachel - Not many girls (teenagers) are motivated to exhert energy and workout. Starting early makes it easier later. Keep it up and you are doing awesome.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jen - You continue to amaze me and keep getting faster. I am proud of you. Next time I want to see pullups with out a band.
