I lost count...</title><content type='html'>Mike L&lt;br /&gt;70# Thrusters, 50# KBs   12:17&lt;br /&gt;I lost count for the middle set of thrusters, so I didn&amp;#39;t want to do too few...  If I&amp;#39;d done 3 less, I probably would have shaved off a rest period and came in under 12:00.  Something to look forward to next time. First time I did one and shocked myself that I could do it, that I stopped. Then did 2 in a row. Feels great to have come this far. I remember using the blue band and thinking &amp;quot;these people are nuts if they think I can ever do a pullup.&amp;quot; A lot of thanks to Paul and Jen for pushing me this far. and to everyone else who sticks with it.
