05/21/18 15:28 25# 12,9,6,9(reps per round) followed by 400m Run I only have one set of dumbells. I bought the 25# after doing crossfit for a while but now they are heavy! Started with 12 reps which seemed extremely difficult; but six was too easy so added another round.
