Stopping is any pause in repetitions. If the wallball falls to the ground, pick it up immediately and continue. This is not considered a stop in reps.

I got to 140 and thought I was done...stopped and then calculated in my head and realized,
nope, not done! Ran and finished out the last 10 WB.

Heart rate maxed out at 176; average for the wod was 143.
