Took my time on front squats, made sure to have FOM. Could only get 3-5 pullups at a time (which I was ok with to prevent blisters) Did this wod at home by myself in the heat. Yuck!

FS were good.
Pull ups good too BUT tore left hand after #3 in last round so did 6 jumping pull ups to finish out the 9.
