06/11/2015 14:58 Accidentally did 3 rounds of Toes 2 bar, think I skipped a round of KB swings, and did knee assist push up. Not too shabby. ;) The last round of lunges I thought my legs may cramp or buckle. I forgot how dumb crossfit makes me; get so oxygen deprived I can’t even count!
