Jen B.18:28; 45# OHS45# was probably just right for weight on OHS. Broke up sets into 8-4. Row was good, DU's weren't too bad - mostly stretches of 10-15. Started pouring down rain on last set of DU's! Krista plowed through the OHS - nice job!
