This was KILLER!! At round 7 I went to knee assist pushups and pullups with a purple band.

Elva and Oscar joined us too.
As I finished my mile run at end of wod Elva was leaving for hers, so I went with her and did a 2 mi run at the end (my time does not include the extra mile).
