So I modified this a bit but only got two rounds in since I had to get to work. 120 singles, 40 GM 35#, 30 pu and 20 sit-ups. 13:57. I can't believe how hard it was since I haven't done much of anything but felt great to do so. The jr still kills my feet too :-(
Oh and I forgot to put in the 50 squats;-0!
21:26 Rx'd until 3rd round - after 15 Good mornings switched to situps because of my lower back. Pushups were challenging at the end! Good workout!
