01/13/15 Deneshia 26:33 WL felt easy and balancedPush ups rx’d 10, 5’s. DU unbroken. K2E 10,10,5. 800 slow. BJ 25,20,5. OHS 45# assist to wallball – felt like good form and stable. Pull ups 10,8,7. SU slow. Lots of breaks/pauses. Muscles really fatigued with this WOD so close to rx’d just needed a little assist with OHS. Previous:04/30/13 26:25 Push ups knee assist. DU broken once. K2E 10-5-5-5. OHS 45# 15-10 assist to bench-poor form. Pull ups 13-7-5.
