25 Knees to Elbows
800M Run
50 Box Jumps (20"/24")
25 Overhead Squats (40#/65#)
25 Pullups

WL felt easy and balanced
Push ups rx’d 10, 5’s.
DU unbroken.
K2E 10,10,5.
800 slow.
BJ 25,20,5.
OHS 45# assist to wallball – felt like good form and stable.
Pull ups 10,8,7.
SU slow.
Lots of breaks/pauses. Muscles really fatigued with this WOD so close to rx’d just needed a little assist with OHS.

Pullups took me a really long time; I could hardly do them due to fatigue.
