Here is how I broke it down:1000m row - 4:3530 Ring dips w/ purple (last 6-7 had to use a jump as well)30 SDHP w/ 45# (17-10-3)15 HSPU (modified - feet on box)/ 15 HRPU30 Clean & Jerks w/ 45# (5-6 at a time)30 Burpees30 Pullups (12-8-5-3-2)30 thrusters w/ 35# (16-9-5)Starting w/ ring dips and HSPUs really did my arms in. I haven't been doing much weights, so this was good with the light weight.
