1st 2 rounds were great. 3rd round I felt a strain in my back during kettlebells, so stopped and completed the round with situps and lunges. did another set of situps and lunges, then a 400m run to complete the 10 minutes.
5 rounds + 5 double unders rx'd Going from lunges to double unders was hard.
