I was surprisingly happy with my pull ups. Got 11 on my first stretch.

Pull ups slowed me, but I was happy to get all of them and not tear my hands up.

Got 12 pullups in a row. Only situps and squats unbroken. Kept all my runs under 1:45. Arms were toast for pushups.

Thank you everyone for the motivating times! This was a good WOD - although I really wanted to quit after the first 30 pullups. I did 15 off the bat, then 7, could only do 3 at a time after 30. finished pullups at 7:15. Really focused on getting full ROM with each exercise and rep.
