I have been sick the last 2 weeks, and haven't worked out at all. Decided to jump back in on this workout. It felt good. Double unders weren't awesome but decent.

First round got a PR of 50 du's! Next two rounds were 30-20, 34-16. Squats, sit ups and PP were all unbroken. Killed my last year's time!
