7:35 with modified handstand push-ups This was a great ab workout. Also practiced push-ups up against wall, with practice I think I'll be able to get one! Lol ran a 5k prior to this.

9:08 33" HSPUHSPU were better this time. Got 5-7 at a time. Sit ups hurt like crazy!
