This was a great ab workout. Also practiced push-ups up against wall, with practice I think I'll be able to get one! Lol ran a 5k prior to this.

Modified HSPU with feet on 36" box

This was pretty tough. I didn't really how much of my core is used during HSPU, made situps more challenging!

HSPU were better this time. Got 5-7 at a time. Sit ups hurt like crazy!
