This Sucked! Box Jumps and Pushups are getting me. I am very out of shape.

This killed me. I shouldn't have done 100 Pushups. I just did my first 10 Pushups at therapy this week. I am out of shape!

17:29 12#wb 19"bj's added sit-ups at the end of each round. Box jumps even at 19 was hard since I'm stiff from running and haven't done any lately. Amazing to see how my range of motion was so limited since not doing cf regularly! Wanted to quit after 20;-0! But chugged along!
