19:37Finished first 4 rounds doing pull ups but tore my hands big time so finished last 3 Rounds with sub push ups.
19:20 Rx'dPullups were tough after not doing regular WODs for the past 1-2 months. Started off good: first round 16-5, then 9-5-4 and kept dwindling from there, could hardly do 2-3 by 9th round. 18:52 rx'dLearned from you girls and wore gloves. Could only get 1-3 pullups at a time, but never had to stop because of blisters.
