Going low on the weights. We will see how my back feels after this one. No problems during the WOD.

Everything felt good. Did my pull ups on a stationary bar and they were much easier. Shins feel good after the runs. Wore compressions today.

Morgan- 21:26 modified push-ups, sit-ups. Subbed burpees for pull-ups. Runs were tough in today's heat but a great wod overall.

Great wod. Loved that it worked the entire body. My time included a potty break. I was right with Paul until I had to excuse myself for a minute.

This SUCKED! We did this about 2:00 in the afternoon and was hot. I would like to believe I would have done this in 16:00 last year.
