7:4620# DB x 2Decided to use DBs so I would not have to pick up the weight off the floor. Did all thrusters in sets of 2 (12-9; 8-7; 5-4). Did some stretching afterward then a 1 mile run @ 8:22.
Morgan- 7:42 55#Thrusters were really hard. 6 at a time was my max. Burpees were unbroken and quick.
