I felt good on this and my Deadlifts got easier throughout the WOD. I feel like I am healing a bit and getting back into shape.

@ Heather - I really like how you are monitoring your pulse with your intensity and weight together. I think with this WOD your pulse might have been slightly lower because your weight might have been too low. I am not at all saying you should have used more weight especially since you are working on form. Its kind of like riding a bike in high gear versus low gear. You can only pedal so fast in high gear whereas in low gear you may pedal the same speed but your heart rate would sky rocket.

Wow! Thanks for sharing our first wod times. That is fun to see. I completely agree Paul. I know my weight was low. I took a lot of the summer off and really wanted to start nice and easy coming back and take a different approach. I really want to work on form and control during my wods. I've also been back on a great diet. I hope to be as strong as ever in no time. I've liked keeping track of my pulse. Tells me the intensity of the wod and what kind of shape I'm in. Thanks for the encouragement!

08/16/14 09:20 5 or 6 rounds only. 135# Did this after 3 mile interval run and yoga. Another wod interrupted by Jerk Neighbor and after that I was unable to focus or find my energy.

First deadlift wod in months. Decided to go lighter. Can't believe I did 110# one time. One day I'll be back to there, just not yet. Double unders were good. Couple rounds unbroken.
