Deneshia 19:32 45# bench assist FS. Front squat/ squats in general still need improvement. Tried to focus on engaging my core for lifts; hoping this will help keep my torso upright.

This was a good wod. Squats felt good...nice and low. PP was hurting my shoulder at first but felt stronger as I went.
