12:00 rx'd It was tough doing pull ups after sit ups and I blistered at round 4. It's been a while since I've done a pull up workout and this was great!

Heather 15:18 red band pulse 173Paul 12:25 rx'dMy pull ups were pathetic. I did first 2 rounds and last 2 rounds rx'd but in the middle had to switch to red band. Amazing how weak I've gotten in 6 weeks with no work out. Paul's kip was awesome today. He was killing it.
