Row, Run (Hike) or Swim


Pick your distance and make this a longer monostructual exercise. Notch your intensity down a bit and work on form. Make this a recovery day.

2 mile hike: 1 mile down a canyon to the river and 1 mile back up. Took a nice COLD swim through a cave at the bottom.

We were down by Angel's Camp off Highway 4. Now in Auburn.
