Going easy on the weights, so only used 55#. This was a good workout! I needed this after slacking while on vacation!

I have been taking an easy lately. Saying that This was still difficult. I am very out of shape right now and just weighed in @ 218#. The hardest part was the rack position of the Front Squats. This position bothers my arms and elbows!

Did all sets unbroken, but had to take some pretty significant breaks in between to catch my breath and slow my heart rate. As always, it is too dang hot here and that doesn't help.

Ran 2 miles after at Noah's football practice..."hell week(s)" have begun 3 wks, M-Fri 6:30-8:30! Will have to find time to squeak wod's in.

PP hurt my shoulder at first but as the rounds went on it felt strong.
