19:02 RX'd (07/14/14)I have been taking an easy lately. Saying that This was still difficult. I am very out of shape right now and just weighed in @ 218#. The hardest part was the rack position of the Front Squats. 18:02 @ 55#Did all sets unbroken, but had to take some pretty significant breaks in between to catch my breath and slow my heart rate. As always, it is too dang hot here and that doesn't help.

24:16 50# pulse 173 PP hurt my shoulder at first but as the rounds went on it felt strong.
