Tough WOD to do at 2:30 in the heat!!! All pp unbroken, WL not too bad, first 2rnds of kb unbroken, last rnd was 15-15. Run felt slow an H-O-T!

Not too good of a time. I had to break up the KB's because they were hard on my back. did the run in 8:55, probably could have pushed harder, but it was hot!

07/28/14 Rx’d 19:35 WOD 08:35 Run 10:28 Thirty second breather between WOD and run. A few pauses on push press. WL a bit off balance but unbroken. KB unbroken.
