The heat was a huge factor in this. I was so sluggish with the runs out in the sun.

Did this in 105° weather...mistake!! Runs felt slow, hands tire after end 4 pullups.

4 Rounds and 10 PU's, 15 SU's, 20 Squats (06/11/14)
I did AMRAP in 15 Minutes of 10 Pushups, 15 Situps, 20 Wallballs and 200M Run. I am keeping away from Pullups. I did 4 Rounds and 10 PU's, 15 SU's and 20 Squats. I did not want to do more than 4 rounds of WB's so I did Squats the 5th Round. I am learning to slow myself down to what my body is able to handle. I am feeling much better!
