Good WOD! I really wanted to go all out on this but doing all I can to hold back a tad. I drank 70 ounces of water during the WOD (trying to stay hydrated) and purposely only did 10 and 5 Calories the last 2 rounds and stayed at 10 Burpees during the WOD. I do not want Rhabdo again. I almost didn't do the sixth round!
