07/04/14 18:56 Rx’d 65# - lightest weight I have with bumper plates. What a detox! Tried using chalk but it just turned to a paste with my sweaty hands; luckily my gloves were easy to find. I was drowning by the fourth round; could not catch my breath. Rounds four and five really increased my time.
82’F, 62% humidity, and could not feel that 4mph wind.

This was such a tiring wod. Going from cleans to PP was brutal. Wielded up a good sweat. My shoulder felt good today. Did lots of good stretching before.

First wod after summer break of hardly any workouts! I took it slow and didn't do rx'd. Excited to get back to the routine of working out everyday! Power cleans slowed me the most.
