Deneshia 09:07 Sub 15 SDHP 35# in place of row. Scaled down reps of bench press 15, 8, 5, 5, 5 (corresponding to round) stayed with 80#. Rx’d weight felt easy during warm up; but during WOD my right shoulder quickly fatigued.

I am pretty happy with this since I took 2 minutes off my previous time. 65# was a good weight. rounds 1 and 2 was I able to do 8-7 for bench press, then 6-4-3-2; Kept the rows for the most part right around 2:20/500m pace.
