Turkish Get Ups (25#/45#) Alternate arms
SOTS Press (25#/45#)

Google SOTS Press and watch the demo. If you have a 25-30# bar use that for both exercises. If not you can use a dumbbell or kettlebell for the Turkish Get Ups and use 2 - 10#/15# dumbbells for the SOTS Press. Enjoy!

This was deceptively difficult! I used a 26# KB for TGUPs and 25# bar for SOTS press. I probably should have gone lighter on the TGUPS. I liked the SOTS press - felt good at that weight - did sets of 7-8.

Jenette and I alternated the DB's and the bar for SOTS.
Tough wod. Failed a few times on my TGUS in the last round.

Did both movements with my bar. Kind of hard with TGUPs. Good WOD though. Tough!!!
