Morgan- 11:35 35# Snatch. I haven't been working out regularly enough to do rx'd. The first 25 felt easy but I rested in the other rounds so 35 was good. All burpees were unbroken.

06/15/14 Deneshia 10:12 45# Scaled to reps of 10. Focused on form...needs some work. My right shoulder is really starting to feel strong. Previous: 05/30/12 Only 16 reps total. These are so hard and I feel like my right shoulder is out of place, the bones in my shoulder also grind.
