Morgan- 11:35 35# Snatch.

I haven't been working out regularly enough to do rx'd. The first 25 felt easy but I rested in the other rounds so 35 was good. All burpees were unbroken.

Deneshia 10:12 45# Scaled to reps of 10. Focused on form...needs some work. My right shoulder is really starting to feel strong.
