15:21 rx'd 35# squat cleans (didn't have a lighter weight) Double unders the second round slowed me. Could only get two at a time. Also running on the dirt road is not fun. I feel like I can't run fast cause I don't get good traction. O well. It was a good workout!

Isn't the rx'd weight for this 50# or 55# for the bar?
Rx'd for women is 25# DBs (one in each hand which equals 50#. If you are doing squat cleans with a bar Rx'd is 60#. It is much harder to do with DBs.
