This was tough but I was happy with my PP considering my left shoulder giving me problems. I was able to start each round with 16, 11 and 10 respectively.

Deneshia 24:00 75# PP reps of 5. Started with 80# to see how it felt; did 5 reps. BJ slow, step down, unbroken. Used 25# bumper plate.
