I have got to be honest. I stopped my watch at 10:48 in. I was at rep 12 of 30 KB swings and was frustrated with kids fighting and myself not doing the workout well. I sucked it up and started again. My finishing time was

I want to do this one again with the group. I know I needed that push today. Did this at home alone.

Harder than I thought. Broke up KBs into 30-20, 22-18, 18-12, 12-8.

Deneshia 13:26 Rx’d KB broken once 3rd round 22/8. Pause between stations due to forearms cramping,and had to chalk hands due to humidity.
