Deneshia 12:51 Purple band squats - didn't feel like I was going to have good form today. Multiple breaks with lunges and squats. Dido Lisa!!!

I did 30 lunges for the 100M...maybe it wasn't long enough? My 800 was 3:10, and my 100 squats unbroken.

I did this at the park. I did lunges from bathroom to lightpole for the 100m. To the circle it was over 20 lunges, so I know it was way more than 30 for the 100m. Squats unbroken.

Just realized I did 100 ft instead of 100m. Will do this again.
