I did 30 lunges for the 100M...maybe it wasn't long enough? My 800 was 3:10, and my 100 squats unbroken.

9:03 rx'd I did this at the park. I did lunges from bathroom to lightpole for the 100m. To the circle it was over 20 lunges, so I know it was way more than 30 for the 100m. Squats unbroken.
Just realized I did 100 ft instead of 100m. Will do this again.
9:21 rx'd Measured exact 100m and 800m @ home. Also did this 20 minutes after doing the 4 min interval wod posted for today.
