*Place a bar, object, ect. or tape on a wall 6 inches above your reach. Jump and touch with both hands with every burpee.

The ledge on the ramada at the Cactus park was exactly 6" above our reach, so it was perfect for us 5'3" girls. They had put down fertilizer or something at the other park and the smell was horrendous, so we moved our workout. Thanks Tara - nice to work out with a Mexican on Cinco de Mayo :)

Thanks for posting Lisa! That was a good workout! I think I was roughly at 92 @ 7:00. I was questioning at 94 whether the time had run out.
