I was in the zone on this one. Felt good the whole way through. Hardly any breaks. RD were nice and low. Paul struggles with T2B. He had to switch to my bar which was lower to the ground so his feet could touch every time. He did great though.

9 rounds + 3 ring dips used band.
thinnest band you can use. Mine is purple but I know its thinner than red and blue band Jen has.

I rigged my bar to hang rings from it and it didn't work out as nicely as I hoped. When I did T2B it would swing the rings and mess them up. I had to adjust rings every time I started a round. Using a thin band was killer. I got a couple rounds in the beginning unbroken, but towards the end could only do 3-4 at a time.

Deneshia 9 Rounds – red band. Had to chalk hands every round, which slowed me down a little.
