I learned my lesson and did not go rx'd so I could pull off the full shoulder press. With 45, I still had to break on everything except the back squats. Tough wod.

Didn't do OH squats. Just did extra front squats. I felt so tired. I'm running on an empty tank which is affecting my workouts.
