Morgan- 9:26 45# I learned my lesson and did not go rx'd so I could pull off the full shoulder press. With 45, I still had to break on everything except the back squats. Tough wod.

Dropped the bar 4 or 5 times. Tough to do after doing "Barbara" the other day!
