Accidentally did 50 back squats 25, 25
Was hard doing power cleans after deadlifts and lunges. My legs were jello! Double unders were good today almost got 10 and 10. It's the new rogue jump rope that's helping. I'm sure my time is a lot slower than everyone else but I did this at home by myself.
Seth: 33:10 rx'd almost finished wod but was about to pass out and stopped at 2 burpee box jumps.

I did weighted lunges yesterday so my butt and legs were sore! I did all 50 DLs unbroken, did all BS without dropping bar, but did rest a couple times, T2B and burpee box jumps seemed to take forever! PCs (10-10-5-5), thrusters (12-7-1). Also ran 2.75 miles with Jenna this morning.

Tara and Seth - Nice job - this was tough! Why were you minus 13 thrusters?

This is a sneaky tough WOD! I did DL's, Lunges and BS's all unbroken. Did the first 11 T2B and then broke up into 6's. PC's were one at a time with a few multiple pulls. Burpee BJ's SUCK! Thrusters weren't to bad and was able to do 12,6,3.
Although I pushed myself to stay ahead of Jen, I also was being careful since I caused myself Rhabdo again in my arms. This time not as bad.
I also ran 2.75 miles with Jenna prior to the WOD.

Tara - Good Job! This WOD demonstrates how important legs are for Power Cleans.
Seth - Great Job! I would have had you do 75#. Keep up the good work. Text or email me if you have any questions regarding specific WOD's, weights, ect.

Thanks Paul. He just read that, and we will keep that in mind. I love that he is starting to do more workouts with me, but I forget to not push him on doing rx'd.

20:11 @ 55# (I lost my 2.5#s, so I can make 55# or 65#, so I chose 55# :) )
DL, lunges, back squats, DUs all unbroken. The rest I just chipped away at. T2B were killing my hands. PCs were tough. Tried to keep my back nice and tight. Good WOD! Glad it wasn't 85# & triple unders...that's insane!

T2B were 10, 10, then 5 at a time. Grip was fatigued during the PC's, but did 10 at a time. Burpee BJ's were consistent 1 at a time. I really struggled during thrusters! Did 3/5/4/4/4.

DL unbroken. BS were hard; my right shoulder is tweaked and getting the bar o/head and holding it behind hurt quite a bit. Had to drop it once. PC 12/10/8. TH were nearly impossible, dropped it twice on those. DU 4/7/9.

Holy crap! I was so slow today. DL unbroken, lunges (25, 15, 10) back squats in tens, t2b (20, 10, 10) PC in tens, burpees were pathetic, thrusters in clusters of 3 or 4, DU (6, 14)
