8:53 (04/24/14) Subbed pullups for RD's.
Slowly getting back into it. I wanted to do pullups and thought Ring Dips may bother my shoulder too much. I do not know what happened but tripped up 5 times with DU's on my last round. All other rounds were unbroken. Pullups were also unbroken.

35lb KB for GM's
RD's w/ purple band

Used the KB for GM's because of my shoulder.
I was pretty happy with DU's got 1st, 2nd and 5th round unbroken; tripped up once 3/4 rounds.

RD's w purple band

DU's slowed me down. I started off with a good stretch of 15, then only 3-5 at a time with a few stretches of 7-8. Did all RD's unbroken with purple band.
