Had to do lunges outside of my garage and run up for toes to bar. Lunges were slow and controlled. Toes to bar were 10-5, 10-5, 10-5, 7-8, 7-8

9:08 rx'd On the shoulder lunges.
I wore knee pads on this one and what a difference. Helped me get through the lunges fast! T2B were (15) (15) (10,5) (10,5) (10,5).
